Masakan Mak!!

Asam Pedas "JohoWak"



"Ikan di laut, asam di darat... dalam periuk bikin muafakat...."
1 atau 2 ulas  Bawang putih 
2 bj  Bawang kecil 
1/2 inci Halia
1/2 inci Belacan
1 SK Serbuk kunyit / 1/2 inci Kunyit hidup
2 SB Lada Boh/Kisar/Giling (Kurangkan if taknak pedas)
2 1/2 SK Asam Buah (from Sarawak MIL bagi) - pakai asam jawa or asam keping pun ok.
Masukkan air paras ikan or ayam (bagi tengelam)
Daun Kesom Tiga tangkai or lebih pun  ok.
Biarkan sampai mendidih.
Dah siap
Fast Rendang Daging 

500g Daging rebus sampai empuk
Bila daging dah empuk baru masukan bahan-bahan di bawah.
200ml Santan (pakai santan kotak je) + air (lebihan air rebusan daging tu je)
160g Kuah daging Brahim (rempah x pedas kalo nak pedas tambahla lada boh ke or cili kisar)
3 SB Kerisik (Pakai segera nye je)
Daun Kunyit (Sesuka hati la)
Masak sampai puas hati.... 

 *Rasa kalo kurang rasanya, tambah la garam, gula or air asam bg umph!

Crunchy Cookies Raya!! SIMPLE AND EASY

My 1st COOKIES:  - yummydelicious -

Hrmm... raya just in the corner.... ignore the stupidity of GST, the increment of oil price... Just keep calm and baked. Below is an alter recipes from me... why? because I not sugar type person... I like natural but little bit sweet... So just enjoy the recipes. 
 
Crunchy Cornflakes Cookie



Bahan-bahan / Ingredient :

250 gram Mentega / Margarine -- Planta
150 gram gula kaster / Caster Sugar
2 SB / Tbsp Susu Pekat Manis / sweetened condensed milk
2 SK / Tsp Esen Vanilla / vanilla essence
2 Biji Kuning Telur / seeds yolk

Bahan ayak / Sifter material :

210 gram Tepung jagung / Cornstarch
150 gram Tepung gandum / Wheat Flour
1/2 SK/Tsp Serbuk Penaik / Baking Powder

250 gram Cornflakes - ramas kasar / gross squeeze 

CARA-CARA:
  1.  Ayakkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan Serbuk penaik di dalam satu bekas dan ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga kembang/putih. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Kacau sebati.
  3. Masukkan bahan ayak  sedikit demi sedikit. Terakhir, masukkan cornflakes. Kaup balikkan.
  4. Selesai mengadun, tutup pakai aluminum foil dan tunggu antara 15 - 20 minit.
  5. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit pada suhu 150C.
  6. Ambik sesudu kecil adunan, bulatkan di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilenser mentega. 
  7. Bakar pada suhu 150C selama 15 minit sehingga warna keemasan.
    (Pantau dari masa ke semasa diperlukan bagi mengelak kerentungan biskut.)
  8. Sejukan biskut di atas "jejaring" dan tapaukan.

STEP BY STEP :
  1.  Sift flour, cornstarch, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy / white. Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Stir well. 
  3. Enter the mix flours etc bit by bit. Finally, enter the cornflakes.
  4. Cover the finished dough with aluminum foil lid and wait between 15-20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 150C.
  6. Take a small spoonful of dough, put on the baking tray which has been covered a bit tiny with margarine. 
  7. Bake at 150C for 15 minutes until golden color. 

Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookies

Bahan-bahan / Ingredient :

250 gram Butter 
350 gram gula perang (dikisar halus) / Brown Sugar (blended)
1 SK / Tsp Esen Vanilla / vanilla essence
1 Biji Telur / yolk

Bahan ayak / Sifter material :

300 gram / 2 1/2 cup Tepung gandum / Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Serbuk koko ( mixed van houten + nona koko)
1 SK/tsp Tepung jagung / Cornstarch
1 SK/Tsp Serbuk Penaik / Baking Powder
1 SK/Tsp Soda Bikarbonat / Sodium Bicarbonate

70 gram Badam halus/kisar
1 1/2 cup Chocolate chip (mixed nona + Hersheys / Van houten)


CARA-CARA:
  1. Ayakkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung, serbuk koko, serbuk penaik dan soda bikarbonat di dalam satu bekas dan ketepikan.
  2. Pukul butter dan gula sehingga kembang/putih/creamy. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Kacau sebati.
  3. Masukkan bahan ayak  sedikit demi sedikit. Terakhir, masukkan badam dan cokelat chip. Kaup balikkan.
  4. Selesai mengadun, tutup pakai aluminum foil dan simpan dalam peti sejuk.
  5. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit pada suhu 160C.
  6. Ambik sesudu kecil adunan, bulatkan di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilenser mentega. 
  7. Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 10 - 15 minit. (Pantau dari masa ke semasa diperlukan bagi mengelak kerentungan biskut.)
  8. Sejukan biskut di atas "jejaring" dan tapaukan.

  2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy / white / creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Stir well. 
  3. Enter the mix flours etc bit by bit. Finally, enter the Almond and chocolate chips. Fold.
  4. Cover the finished dough with aluminum foil lid and keep it in fridge.
  5. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 160C.
  6. Take a small spoonful of dough, circle on the baking tray which has been covered a bit tiny with margarine. 
  7. Bake at 160C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Tips: Simpan adunan dalam peti sejuk bagi mengelak biskut mengembang dan leper sewaktu membakar.
